A cross-party group wants manifesto commitments from Labour and the Conservatives to cut net migration to fewer than 40,000 a year
Lord Carey was speaking at the launch of a declaration by 19 MPs and peers – including himself – calling for measures to stop the UK’s population reaching 70million by 2029.
Lord Carey, Former Archbishop of Canterbury said anyone wanting to come to the UK should also be aware of the nation's history and language.
He subtly, of course means -- Christian Europeans -- but in good Liberal Politically Correct fashion is incapable of sharing his message in Simple and working Class English, what us commoners appreciate as 'Honesty'.
