Human Consciousness refers to an individuals awareness and commitment to taking personal responsibility for their thoughts, feelings, and actions; including personal financial and psychological responsibility to, and emotional concern for, their offspring and spouse. Their choice to consciously choose to be responsible for their thoughts, beliefs, actions and choices; and to share those thoughts, feelings and actions with whomever so chosen; to improve the transparency and sincerity of that particular relationship; as described in Radical Honesty about Anger and Forgiveness in the Truth and Forgiveness Social Contract (PDF).
Rule-of-Law Freedom Charter, refers to an individual or communities level of consciousness, to live in accordance to the principles of Natural Law, and Population Policy Common Sense. It is thier personal choice to refrain from criminal acts, not because there is a law against criminal acts, such as stealing and raping, but because of their own personal values, to choose not to steal and/or rape, etc. Put differently, an individuals conscious choice to live -- not because they have to, but because they want to -- in accordance to the Laws of Sustainability (PDF).
